Typically groups take 40-45 minutes to walk through our attraction, and we’ve had many groups spend an hour or more inside of Halloween House Reno, since we never rush anyone through and let everyone enjoy Halloween House Reno at their own pace with their tour guide.
Halloween House Reno is spooky, not scary. We have creepy spiderwebs, ghouls, and graveyards, but nothing that will make you or anyone you attend with scared or upset. Our goal is to provide you with an amazing and memorable Halloween season experience, not to make you nervous or put you on edge.

Halloween House Long Island is a different type of experience than a haunted house though, so don’t expect to be scared or screamed at while you’re here, that’s not what Halloween House Reno is all about. Here at Halloween House Reno we pride ourselves on having one of the most affordable Halloween attractions in all of the country. Most haunted houses are $40+, whereas we keep our tickets less expensive than that so that you can come with your entire family and not have to worry about breaking the bank. If you would like to attend but are having difficulty affording a ticket, send us an email and we will make sure to help.
We recommend you buy tickets for Halloween House Long Island as far in advance as you can since they tend to sell out. Also, buying tickets in advance lets you plan out a whole day/night of fun Halloween activities and meals near Halloween House Long Island.
At Halloween House we don’t have any strobe lights whatsoever but we have cool lights in our Spiderweb Light Tunnel. If you or anyone in your group has any health issues or sensitivities, please let us know and we will adjust the experience however you’d like to make sure you have a great time without any worries at all.
Nope. We are MUCH bigger and MUCH better than a house.
Nope! While we prefer you do, if you’re running late, or need to reschedule, or anything else, don’t worry! We will be happy to accommodate you and your group any day, any time that we are open.
Yes! We are 100% indoors and climate controlled, as is our entire waiting area, so don’t worry about the weather or the temperature outside.
